- The date due back you must enter in on your order is the date the items will be back at the Exhibit Group premises in Auckland.
It is your responsibility to ring us and let us know when the gear is ready to be uplifted when the event is finished and the gear is packed up and ready for collection. You should be doing this at least one day prior to the due date back you have entered.
RETURN ADDRESS AND COURIER LABELS have been enclosed in the display. Please ensure these are placed OVER the old ones. This will save on return courier costs.
Please Note: Orders returned 24 hours or more after their "Date due Back at Exhibit Group" may incur a $50 late fee.
- Please make sure you enter the correct Delivery Address. Company Name and Street Number on your order.
- Please ensure you confirm your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email from Exhibit Group - We do not have your order.
- All rural delivery or international orders must have a 5 day lead time. We cannot guarantee delivery with less lead time.
- Orders may not be processed within a 48 hour time frame. If your order is urgent please call us, put the order through booking it after the 2 day time frame with an explanation in "Other Items".
- The final price on your order does not include freight and GST and in some cases the final movement cost. These will be added when the order is processed and invoiced. We can provide an estimate if required prior to invoicing.
- All hire and DMS items must be returned immediately to Exhibit Group after event and not sent to other users. Please refer to our HIRE TERMS & CONDITIONS.
